Another day cooking for the freezer: Pollo Chilindrón, Pineapple-Curry Chicken, Pistachio & Chicken Korma, Chicken Pot Pie & 1.5 gal stock.
Cooking orgy: split pea soup w/ ham, beef & orange tagine, stuffed bell peppers, mushroom barley soup. Went through a LOT of mirepoix today.

Oh, that one was from a calamari-frying incident back in aught-nine. Of course it hurt, but the clients loved my calamari, so it’s all good.
